The Common Criteria standard (ISO/IEC 15408) concerns the development and evaluation of IT products (hardware, software, firmware) and systems made of these IT products which employ any kind of security measures. These security measures are characterized with certain assurance, which means that they can successfully counter the existing threats.
International Common Criteria Conference (ICCC) is held each year and is an important event for all engaged in the development, evaluation and certification of secure IT products, e.g. evaluation laboratories, certification bodies, experts responsible for security policies elaboration, developers of IT products with embedded security measures.
